Breakfast Sausage, Hot

This sausage has a delicious kick to it and makes delicious sausage balls. Add 1 1/2 cups of your favorite baking mix along with 12 ounces of shredded cheese to a pound of this sausage and bake at 350 until done (10-12 minutes).
